We are now taking orders for the new 2025 NOS whestTWO.2. Unfortunately, the demand for this high resolution, small format phono preamp is too big for us to just delete it from our history banks. SO.. for a little while longer, we will be making this new specification avaliable for £999 including shipping. These are now Black only. We have 1 or 2 Silver units left - call and find out. The new 2025 specification uses a whole new main PCB and transformer, the matched transistors are now the same as the 20.SP0 transistors, the transformers are wound and screened in the same manner as the 20.SP0/DP0 and the new wire loom has been updated for this new 2025 model ONLY - Ultra Pure Copper for the input side and High Current OFC for the output.
We DO NOT use the PCB copper to run audio ins/outs like 99% of all other manufacturers.
We are slowly moving over to the new 20.SP0 and all discrete 20.DP0. Because of this we will be selling the award winning whestTWO.2 for £999 until stocks last - or until we have exhausted parts to build them. Even when it was £1699, the whestTWO.2 was seen as the best bargain in audio. Now at £999 it is OUTSTANDING value and still bests the competition at around £2700.
