I am absolutely gobsmacked. My Gryphon Diablo 120 integrated amp has been playing for about a month now - on 24/7.
Hooked up the TITAN Pro II and couldn't wait the 3 -5 days warmup, so like a child I sneakily played Getz/Gilberto on Analogue Productions 45rpm. Oh My !!!!
Even with a 5 hour warm-up, the TITAN Pro II is singing like no other phono stage I have heard. The soundstage with Getz sounds live. I mean, it really sounds like he is playing in my listening room. The other phono preamps I have had sounded 'really good' but in a hi-fi way. The TITAN Pro II sounds amazing in an organic/ musical/ human way. It sounds like live music and not like hifi. The Gryphon playing the DCS digital side sounds 2D at best - very flat and very mmm digital.
I cannot imagine there is a next move. I don't actually think I am going to buy another hifi magazine because so far they have been 100% wrong on the last 2 purchases - luckily I got my money back.
The TITAN Pro II is a bargain, an expensive one but the output is SO good that I cannot imagine you'll EVER better it. I know you have ..
