you were absolutely right. I know I am not the first to have done this but moving over to the 60Se Pro was a MASSIVE jump up from the MoFi MasterPhono. Not only was it a massive step forward but going back and listening to the same tracks on the MasterPhono shows just how 'ordinary' and strident the MoFi sounds.
I am in a different world right now with the 60Se Pro, I know it and hear it. It is more like a proper piece of kit designed for vinyl use and not a 'gimmick' or "just a phono stage" type of product.
Since our last talk, I upgraded the cartridge to an EMT Novel TITAN MC. Although I am about 10 hours into this new cartridge, it is singing tracks like I have never experienced before. Am I happy... that plus some.
