Buying secondhand means ZERO warranty and not full spec

Like so many manufacturers, we often get asked if our warranties are transferrable.  They are not transferrable and this is in line with most industries - cars, cameras, boats and houses.

What does this mean?
It means that if anything goes wrong and because our units use hand-matched components throughout, the cost of a repair can and will be a lot.

Our warranties reduce the cost of repairs even if it wasn't actually your fault - lightning strikes, water spillage, dropping down a staircase.  We look at at the circumstances involved, check to see you are the original owner and go from there.

That's why we recommend buying used from us or new from a whest audio dealer.

Our ex-demo units are all current spec and even units coming in after 10 years for a general check-up will get an upgrade after the customers approval.
